DEEP FORMING

Deep forming is the process of creating the desired geometric shape out of a flat platinum. We know deep forming with the use of a sheet metal holder (classic deep drawing) and forming without the sheet metal holder (crashforming).

With it, we ensure that the thinning of the product is smaller than the prescribed value.

Main tension simulation is one of the criteria that ensure process safety. Values must be lower than prescribed.

Platinum optimization simulation ensures optimal material efficiency.

By optimizing the tool geometry, we ensure that the measurement deviations of the product are within the prescribed tolerances. This reduces the required number of corrections, the costs and the time of tool manufacture.

The drawing simulation shows us the zones of forming on the product from the excessive accumulation of the material and wrinkling to a safe zone with enough forming and to the cracks due to excessive thinning.

By simulating the kinematics of the tool, we check whether the tool provides the predicted number of products in a time unit without the collisions between the product, transfer and tool.

With the help of transfer curves, we can ensure reliable operation of the transfer without the collisions with the tool.

Wih the edge tension simulation, we ensure that during the process, no cracks occur on the edge of the product.

With the wrinkling simulation, we ensure that the wrinkling in the process is less than 3%.

With the simulation of A surface quality, we ensure the adequate quality of visible surfaces.
