Emo – Orodjarna is a developmental production company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-performance line transfer and progressive tools for cold and hot sheet metal forming. We are the right partner in the development of new products.

Products
The company designs, manufactures and tests the most sophisticated tools for the forming of highly demanding aluminum sheet metal, hard, thin configured sheet metal. In doing so, we use modern organizational-information digital tools to master the tracking of the process, quality assurance, deadlines and milestones in the timeline of tool production.
Automotive industry
Our most important sales product is engineering and design of the most optimal process of structural parts, especially for the automotive industry.
Aviation industry
The main product and tradition is the manufacture of parts for the aviation industry and tools for the hydroforming of aircraft aluminum parts of the aircraft structure.
Space industry
Manufactured tools for forming titanium sheet metal parts and 3-D laser printing of titanium parts.
Smart tools
Smart tools have built-in chips, sensors and detectors to identify important maintenance data.

The trademark of EMO – Orodjarna, two lions, represents the quality and ability to satisfy the requirements of the buyers, their needs and desires for the most demanding tools.
10,000 tools have been manufactured since 1894. We produce about 50 tools every year.
In 2019, the company employs 210 people. Of these, 97 have higher or university education, mainly in the field of mechanical engineering.
Each year, we invest 9–14% of our revenue in computer equipment, cnc-machines, training and new technologies.
Over 14 million in revenue in 2018.
